Why should they? Is there any shareholder voting in place? Any independent board of directors elected by shareholders? Does anyone have any say in the company governance other than the few insiders?

No! Most of us live in a democracy and know the value of of it, yet, these pink sheet investors invest in these silly do nothing companies based on a PR, and think somehow that shareholders having no say in the company is a nit! Well losses are the price to pay for this kind of thinking!
