The following explanation is a good reason to not fall for the BS claims against the company.

Judge clearly said this matter is from PARTIES involved!...meaning both sides agreed to it!

Google the reasons for a dismissal with prejudice! One of them is SETTLEMENT!

I predicted this settlement long time ago! It saves big boys from a lot of trouble!
