I will call Andrew back tomorrow after trading starts to get a feel of how fast the move to a higher exchange can take place and exactly what the requirements will be.

Now as you notice Ceaser printed requirements for "listed securities" to be listed on the NASDAQ. Pinksheets stocks are not considered listed therefore do not fall into the 90 day trading requirement. They want to be on a higher exchange as fast as they can get there and I do believe that JavelinAdvisory/FCCN has the expertise and experience to make that happen ASAP!
