For one have you tried to contact the the IR in the recent press releases? The website hasn't been updated lately and the company hasn't been wasting money for big money IR while completing a merger. I assume they'll start back on the Investor conferences in the spring. As for 45 million? That's nothing to run 2 trials and still have 30+ million in the bank. Their researchers are at WVU and always have been. We pay a modest fee for that research and brought over 200 million in research with us into this public entity.
