So how much of the toxic debt did VISM actually buy out with those hundreds of millions of shares? Of the 3.4 million in liabilties at the end of June only about 1.2 million of that was in notes.
From what I can tell they only paid off about 200 thousand of those notes so far so they still have 3.2 million in liabilities of which 1 million is still in notes
