To be clear, im here wether this goes to trips or .50

I spent 3 months researching the company and communicating with Mike about all things oilfield related. I think this is 100% a longer term hold and am more than willing to wait it out.

We have not seen any shares converted or diluted since TA updated 10/9 & 10/21

Mike has communicated that they are hard pressed working to get the EEC acquired wells up and running trying to build production.

Yes the company is dark, yes some notes converted yes mike has been quiet but in the end this is all risk and reward.

I think mike has a solid team around him. even their Wire line tech Kent is listed on Linkedin under Cycle for the past 9 months. This is not a fake company, fake companies do not get government contracts for over a million dollars.
