I talked with Chris @ SIGL.....713 510 7445....apparently there was a transaction that did not go through and in the process you were issued shares .....almost one year later...the merger did happened and as part of that your issued shares are restricted. They are restricted for one year...which is coming up... He said in like 3 - 4 weeks they will get a legal opinion which is required to remove the restriction.....who knew you needed that!....he also sounded pretty positive about the company in general....feel free to call him...very nice guy...he said he would e-mail me an new information. So ...your Christmas wish may come true after all!
