AZ Snowbunny, it has a cease trade order because they haven't completed financial statements since 2013 and they need to be audited as well. Without this they are not compliant with Canadian securities laws. I was told end of August that financials were near complete and the audit was being worked on, I've reached out multiple times to the company for an update and yet have not received any response. I suggest everyone does the same.
