Stockslacker, that article with the Barnett lease value going from 1.2 million in 2000 to 741.8 million in 2005 about says it all. The AMEP leases are money in the bank (Ground) and the value of the leases have increased at rates most people only dream of. The fact that these leases have yet to be appraised into the company's asset pool shows just how undervalued and undiscovered this company is. There's a lot of new venture capital heading out Texas way and those company's with current leases and lease development equipment stand to benefit from it. Talk about being in the right place at the right time.
