One nice thing about the market is that if you dont like it you can sell. Good luck finding another company trading at these prices that even answers the phone. Debt locked up for additional 90 days doesnt seem like coincidence with everything else going on. Remeber these guys want their price up to attract reg a + investors. The reg a closes the end of December. That money can easily pay off the promissory note. In my opinion they are clearing the runway to ramp price to respectable levels but by all means if you dont agree you can always sell. Im sure whomever agreed to a friendly note that converts at the closing bid price only upon default isnt looking to crush the share price. Seems more like an Insurance policy. Good luck to you all.
