exactly... just curious how long a "company" can just go on like this, not selling one single solitary product or service, not having a website or office, and not making more than a few hundred bucks a year..

like can i just make up a bunch of letters XHCMA and call that my new company, send in a phony pre formatted business description and send it to a lawyer who will then put out a "legal" document that basically says, yeah sure i checked all this out, seems legit i'm sure they didn't make any of it up without verifying anything , signing it and filing it so the "company" can continue to sell shares on the OTC?

i mean at what point does an independent agency audit these companies ? one that they are not paying? all you have to do is call the phone number they provided to their lawyer and you'll get told you have the wrong number and hung up on !
