Blackbull Equities: I haven't seen this, Rich:

https://www.blackbulle.com/single-post/2018/03/20/Liaoning-China-Signing-Ceremony-Anfast-Automobile-Company-Ltd

It says, "Shenyang (China), March 20, 2018: Blackbull Equities announced today that is has received the advisory mandate of Liaoning Anfast New Energy Automobile Company. Blackbull Equities will be the exclusive advisor to assist Anfast in entering the European capital markets in 2018."

So that was in March. This was also in March of 2018 in our filing below.

"Since March 2018, Ms. Chang has been the president of Anfast Energy, an entity that is developing electric vehicles."

Shenyang is also where our office address is at in China. That all seems like too much of a coincidence.

Then here, Blackbull made an ad of itself this year presenting itself as a way to take clients public.

They might be involved in taking her public, and perhaps more. Like some marketing. It might be a big show when/if it comes out. I do like this electric car idea, and I feel like this is the plan. Maybe some setbacks during Covid, but they made investments into this shell. Real money, buying it from Bryan Glass. I doubt they scrapped the plan.

Blackbull might be a fancy PR firm. I wouldn't complain if that's the case. It's not Goldman Sachs, that's for sure. And Anfast is no Tesla. But I bet they can have a lot of bark like a little chew wa wa (sp).

Between the lines, they sound like a PR firm, which I'd love if they are taking Anfast to us. Thingsn like this in their video:

1. Select preferred equity offering.
2. We find appropriate exchange and list your company accordingly.
3. We assure proper tradeability.
MY THOUGHT: Like a market marker?
4. And process your funding campaign.
5. You sell part of your company equity.
