My post earlier about the heart surgeon, was to make a point. If that doctor committed 12 or more years of his life to study plus loans of several hundred thousand dollars, it wouldn't be economically worthwhile to become a heart surgeon, if income above $400,000 a year was highly taxed.
The high taxes would discourage over achieving and maybe going into business.
The high taxes will catch some stuck before they are able to adapt. I think Obama tried to tax corporations at a higher rate and they threatened to leave the US. He said that isn't fair once the execs came up with a counter plan.
A few here just want Carlos to give any kind of update. How smart is that? It should be obvious that all businesses and many individuals are struggling. Why should this CBD penny stock not be immune to the pandemic and its affects? It was posted a Green Lotus employee was taking orders from her home. Is CBD products really needed by struggling individuals now? Is CBD the #1 priority for major sales now? GL set up finance options, IMO due to necessity. People are having debt problems.
Should Carlos give an update that may hurt confidence in the company at this time? Why have anyone panic sell who have been here long term?
Every post here is an investor's opinion. That's it. We are all responsible for how we invest our own money. If some here invested too much, isn't that gambling? Investing books don't teach that at all. In fact, they preach diversification and limited exposure to any one stock.

Merida made a big investment here so I expect that they will come up with a plan in case Carlos doesn't work out.
