Following are the catalysts we are expecting from GMPW
1. 3rd Quarter results10Q with good revenue numbers
2. CE removal from OTC Anytime since GMPW is already CURRENT by SEC filings. Frank made GMPW as SEC Compliance company and released audited 10k. All filings are released by SEC. Please review

3. As per his latest 10Qs business plan, he been working with black private banks hence they may release 8ks as and when something materialized
4. Company management has been working on different acquisitions in real estate and CBD related areas. So we can expect many developments and 8ks from those vertical markets

5. Company said that they would file to change company designation somewhat to leverage benefits for black bank grants funding. He may send 8ks on this also
6. From CBDZ(which is aquired by GMPW recently) they are trying to raise 50 to 100 MM and at least 50M revenue from 4 CBD dispensaries.
7. GMPW has several lines of Businesses

7. Immediately after 3rd Quarter 10Q is released then company is planning for OTCQB

9. Company wants the share price to go to $5 so that it can be traded in NASDAQ and they want to do this without RS. Company may buyback shares to push share price higher
10. No Dilution, No RS, rare to find GEMs like this in OTC

So, if the current momentum from recent 8k continues till 15 to 20 cents then upcoming 10Q and CE removal can alone push this share pricd to 1$ easily. Apart from these two there are several other catalysts as mentioned above.

As we all know float is only 18.9 million and many millions of shares are already locked by long-term shareholders. Low floaters tend to run hard with any good catalysts. Let's be positive and expect company to work hard and execute as they planned. All in my humble opinion ????????
