All the abandoned NV Shells are getting snagged. The ones without the CE are being picked up first.
Sooner or later they will start looking at the ones with the CE.
When it comes to removing a CE the longer it's been abandoned the better. That is because you do not want the CE to actually be caused by past management but due to retail frontloading and dumping.
The reason is they don't want past scammers to be able to benefit from the shell suddenly coming back to life.
One of the things I look at when accumulating an old shell is prior issues with the SEC noted at OTCM. If I cannot find anything that I figure the CE was probably caused by retail not old management.
Of course, that's not a perfect science but simply the best I can do since OTCM will not tell us the real reason.
