Hi NobleRoman,
I've been reading this thread for a few years now. I don't understand how HLIX shareholders will benefit from this merger when the value of the stock is only 2% of Forian's. I read your earlier post from a few days ago, but it still does not make sense to me. A bit disappointed that they didn't negotiate a better deal for their shareholders. I own about 20,000 shares.
