My perception is that Hagen was trying to run a legitimate business. If they never did the SEC filings I wouldn’t believe that, but they did. They also have good products, and obviously a lot of sales. I bought them myself before investing in the stock, only to be floored later by these arrests. Hopefully this will go to trial and let the pieces fall where they may.
