This doesn’t matter, because McConnell advised Trump
against signing a stimulus deal before the election. So
whatever bill passes the democratically controlled Congress, it
will not only get shot down in the Senate, Trump will never sign
off on it, he’s already said this.
That being said, there will be tremendous pressure on Trump and the
Senate to agree to a deal after the elections. But it looks like there may
be a blue wave coming, but the New Democratic Senator’s won’t be sworn
in until Jan 3rd or so. Bottom line: it’s a mess
