While these insider shares are not restricted, they are, for the most part, in strong hands and are not usually available for public trading. My friends who are familiar with sec regultions tell me that now that filing is complete, the company should trade on the otcbb within 30 days. Things seem to be falling nicely into place like a nyjet and ne patriot game plan and team discipline.
