BRTXQ - Good morning all. Had some thoughts I wanted to share brought on by the Pacer update yesterday. The update reminded me of a few things that the firm of K&L Gates LLC brought to BRTXQ going through BK.

www.klgates.com

1) They are a global counsel across five continents.
2) They were brought in early on in the BK process.
3) They specialize in Intellectual Property (IP)... across five continents!
4) Furthermore, they specialize in Pharma & BioPharma.
Check out their website for more...

What does this mean?
1) This means they received a true value appraisal on their IP’s IMO. I believe we will see this documented within financial statements in the near future.
2) They see themselves as an emerging global Pharma company by positioning themselves by a) on multiple continents and by doing so, adds tremendous value to the company and IP’s. b) If a merger or buyout was to happen this only increases the value and makes them more attractive... the foundation is already laid for globalization of their therapies.
3) If there is interest from other big Pharma BRTXQ is well represented.
4) Lastly, having a strong IP representation team looks good for the needed funding for clinical trials for both stem cell therapies. Not to mention it helps with attracting big investors.

When we look at the numbers of the POR we need to look at the full picture to fully interpret and understand where BRTXQ is going. K&L Gates is just one of many parts to the success of BRTXQ and one that should not be overlooked.

We can look at POR and BRTXQ as a glass half empty or we can look at it as half full. For me personally, I see it currently as starting half full with more being add as the days and weeks progress. Some will say at that point “stop! It will overflow.” I would say keep pouring, I’ll get another glass to fill.

Anyway, my thoughts. Good luck and God Bless!
