You have to have sellers to have buyers, so not very many peeps are willing to sell at this price which is evident by the low volume. Once significant news comes out the pps should rise at a much higher level as sellers try to unload or breakeven. Once that occurs and RXMD starts to move and those sellers are gone then it will be to late for them to get back in. Psychologically, it will be hard for the sellers to step back in at a much higher stock price after selling in the sub $.06 range. It will occur and it will happen relatively fast and the ones who missed out on the run will suffer years of regret.
