I wonder if the SEC & FINRA would say the same if they knew you're blocking your own investors on your personal Twitter? Your attitude is still as arrogant as ever and you have not delivered or explained your failures to deliver. You've not addressed the audit that never came...

My personal Twitter is for my personal use. From time to time I may offer information about Sycamore. Anyone who is abusive on my personal Twitter will be blocked. That does not prevent them from seeing my tweets. I just don't want to interact with you.

Abusive? That is quite an accusation...Where was I ever abusive? All I have ever done is ask you questions. There are many who call you names. I don't recall ever doing so. I just ask for honest and answers. Maybe you don't want to interact with me because you don't have the answers. You did not seem to have a problem interacting with me when I promoted you. You know, when your stock went to .003.

Sycamore is in the process of a complete a restructure. We are in a process whereby we can complete an our 2 year audit in an expedited manner which includes preventing toxic note holders from continuing from holding us up by refusing to sign off. $SEGI

Your answer here is falling short. What does getting PINK again have to do with you doing as you said? Yes, you have finally received PINK status again, but long after you said it would happen. As usual. You also said you are expediting your audit. That has not happened. I doubt it will happen, this year and I am seriously doubting it will ever happen.

No, you just insinuated. You spoke of R2K as if you had a trademark or something. As you always have done since I was introduced to you. You insinuate and use people (like when you get your photo taken with people who don't really know who you are). Oh, btw, the R2K.club is up for sale. Nothing there.

We have transitioned our Esports initiatives to EYBL2k tournament sponsorship in partnership with UPLAY Canada We launched our first tournament May 1 $SEGI

Still not addressing what happened. So what you got was your insignia on the front of some tables? Pretty lame trade off for a movie theater where you were going to sponsor e-sports. What happened to Henry? Seems to have left you high and dry.

Media coin is in its whitepaper stage and continues to be in development. We will continue to weigh and pursue that opportunity against the merits of other opportunities we have in our pipeline $SEGI

You have still not addressed Media Coin. Everyone knows it is still in whitepaper stages. The web site for a year now has said any day now. What happened is the question.

I still don't believe you! I still think in a week or two you'll stop posting & not deliver on anything you've insinuated would happen. I believe you'll stop answering any questions. You've followed this pattern for 10 yrs. Your attitude in this statement says nothing's changed.

Everyday I engage many people by answering questions. Both here and on on DM as I did with you in the past.

You never answered my questions. You simply evade them. You made another promise that never happened. You've told me (and others) you were going to do some things that never happened. You said soon. It never happened. You have great ideas and you have a charisma that causes people to hope. You don't deliver.

Getting through the audit will be a much simpler process the 2 year financials will no longer include note holdouts or conversions. $SEGI

So where is the audit now? What is your excuse now?

Next Steps:
1) Upload Financials via OTCIQ
2) Get Current Pink
3)Update on current transactions
3) Get the past 2 years Financials audited.
4) Get Canada up and trading
5) Wait for USA to get #Covid19 under control so we can travel
6) Party in Vegas.

Ed, you seem to be stuck on #2.
That seems to be where you always get stuck.

Current transactions? You have another movie that seems way less interesting than Unsullied. Wow, what an accomplishment.

Past two years financials audited? It's supposed to be easy now Ed. Where are they?

You answered my questions without answering my questions. That is who you are. Even though I am an investor, not a flipper. I have held on to my millions and millions of shares, waiting for you to do something you say you are going to do.

I am not against you, I challenge you!
Your response to me screams what your real character is.

All you have to do is succeed at something you say you're going to do and you will have my respect.

There are a lot of us waiting.
