no the PPS went that low due to dilution of around 900 million shares in about 45 days..... I know that for sure.

There was a note due on October 8th that there was no dilution for (from what ive seen) for about $108k.

I also do think PPS will increase if R/S is cancelled, but I think name change is more important. It will give GHHC a "clean" name.

Another thing that someone pointed out to me earlier today is that their Annual Report is late. July 31st is the new fiscal year end and there is no 8-k out for the "pandemic" delay. For some reason there is no "stop sign" and it still shows "pink current" even though they aren't (on otcmarkets.com).
