You've got a purchase order for 1M gallons... Period.

You're saying that the terms of THIS contract have not been established and a price determined?

I doubt that a price for the full amount wasn't determined.

Delivery, distribution dates, etc should be part of the contract.

If not, maybe that's part of the problem.
