I imagine alot of people are still holding this stock hoping it will come back. There will be more people who think this is good price to get in but don't understand the reality of delisting. A vision of the future can be seen reading the post IBZT and there is a chance that PBLS may go the same way. If you can't find important facts of a company it usually means it is a scam. However,this is just my opinion.
