Personally, I think we need to throw ALL dates out the window. I understand the issue is with the courts, but understand - all dates that have been provided thus far have provided NOTHING.

Instead of throwing out dates for when things are supposed to happen, lets just let it happen. As another user mentioned the dates being given right now are all speculation. Ideally, when we get to those dates and nothing happen, we will see a decline.
