Answer Cyber ........ YES !! This stock is doing, what it should be doing, based on the FACTS of what we are privy too. The posters that twist and skew some of the facts should read deeper by just 1 millimeter and the reality is just under the surface. I know that California is going to be a much bigger PCTL team player in the near future. I...... for the most part watch this board from the sidelines due to its "Jerry Springer" type actions that get spewed on here daily , but follow the posters that I know have done DD, share both Positive and negative, and with Reality and Integrity at the forefront of every post !! I know what kind of product we have here and that's why i'm holding and adding when possible. Great News today and watch for more in the near future.
