Not a guarantee by any means, but one would expect QUTR to keep updating OTC Markets on the 1st of the month, so it seems likely we'll see the profile updated soon. There's no guarantee they'll stick to Lazar's previous timetable, but if they do, a quarterly would be forthcoming next week. I'm not predicting, just referencing prior timelines.

Again, I'm not predicting--these may or may not happen on the same schedule as before, but QUTR's fiscal year ends April 30, and we saw a 10-Q like clockwork on August 3rd. I hope but am not predicting that a quarterly will be forthcoming and will clarify what's going on with the shell...
