New incoming capital, will cause a dilution. Price may go down to sub penny. But holders shares will stay as long as there is no BK filing.

Bk filing will depend on the assessment between the enterprise actual value in relation to its debt. I still think debt is not higher than its true value since its still an “operating, spodumene producing company”

Patience is the answer in this scenario because selling now is a sure loss. IMO
