There will be an update coming out later today. Okins office is doing this one as they will probably be able to explain it better than me. Yesterday went pretty much as expected with the judge granting conditional approval of the Disclosure Statement.

We only had a limited objection to this and it was heard. Wafford was at this hearing to testify that the information in the Disclosure Statement was correct only. He was not there for any other reason and could not be cross examined. The real fight will be at the Sale Confirmation Hearing. We will be filing our objection to the sale. We need to stop this sale as it's taking place under the cover of a 363 Sale.
