FLM now have a shot to get their offer accepted and improved return since they are needed to get get JCP out of bankruptcy...nobody in a lower class is needed.

This is simply a battle between Class 1-3 and Class 4.

The notion that has any applicability to Class 11 is ridiculous

Shares will be cancelled.
