The next timeline will be on 01/14/2021, Casper takes time to make decision. You can see in the past , every processing step from the court take average 18 months, Casper delayed 2 years at the beginning, PTAB made decision after 18 months, to CAFC spent 18 months ( Vacate and remand to PTAB) took another 18 months, PTAB made favor to WDDD sent back to Casper, she set timeline for 18 months again.
Unfair to WDDD! Because we are small company. If Google vs Microsoft, you should see the lawsuit case finished in 3 years.
This case taking too slow just because of the Judges and court systems.
