It might be a financial asset to the company when it is awarded in 2022. First the auction of spectrum must occur and then the awarded company must pay for the spectrum rights. Then maybe the funds will be paid, so that it can be spent on replacement equipment.

Since some are interested in assets, maybe an explanation of the fact the company reports a net fixed assets of just $33k for an operating cable company is in order.
