Why would anyone accept Government restricted cannabis regulations, I told everyone in the beginning that if federal Government legalized cannabis that LPs would be smothered by laws and regulation, I was right then and I'm right now, weak retail, limits on potency, prohibition on promotion and distribution, Government 3rd party Wholesale, (Lps sell to Gov, gov sells too retail) limits in how much consumers can buy, All issues that affect LPs and your investments. Instead of blaming the Gray and black markets weed investors should have lobbied for a fair market with little government's involvement, Don't think US federal legalization will be any different.
