The third quarter 2020 financials are scheduled to be filed by November 16th, the 15th is a Sunday. LIGA's Attorney, Stephen Mills, states that his firm reviewed the financials from March 31, 2019 though June 30, 2020, as unaudited. I hope the December 31, 2020 annual financials will be audited. It would give LIGA two years of reviewed financials and should take LIGA off the Pink Sheets (IMO). Then LIGA should rock and roll. GO LIGA!!!
