A settlement will benefit both Common and PS

A Supreme court settlement will benefit both Common and
PS no matter if you are part of the Judicial proceedings
or not.

It will also be one more hurdle out of the way so the
companies can finally be released.

The only concern for me is the question whether the Supreme
will do their job or will they just look the other way like so
many courts already have.
