As of today and as far as ANYONE on this board knows, the LOI is still intact, that is fact. The only people that know with certainty anything different would be Paso and CLX, mainly Bruce and JG, period. ALL else is purely speculation based on impatience. Yes, has the merger been delayed, Yes, has there been some suspect happenings, so what? We have ZERO idea what is happening behind the scenes and apparently that drives some people nuts. I for one have been here for almost 1 year, why? because the reward FAR outweighs the risks, IMO. I have a healthy position that I have built in my time frame. Have I mortgaged my house? Hell no, I have bought shares as I could with the presumption that I might lose most of it, but I might also become very wealthy. All this speculation is great but it leads us nowhere. Buy, Sell or hold, basically our only three options, pretty simple. Until there is an official PR I will continue holding and making that face until the deal is signed. The above is purely my own opinion.
