Unfortunately, at least part of the time when the acts alleged against Petar occurred, he was the CEO of the company, and the company is largely responsible for the actions of its principals and corporate officers. Therein lies the problem for the company(ies). The fact that two Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd. companies were named in the OSC complaints really gives me doubts as to which owns any of the assets; the one in which the SLJB shareholders own stock, or the Ontario company in which shareholders do not own stock.
