His silence over the last 4 weeks and lack of transparency speaks more than I'm sorry. I'm sorry does not cover the loses people have took here that they are not getting back cause the company refused to convey any new news. We all say were sorry from time to time but it is what we do afterwards that matters. So no I could careless about his "Sorry". I would like a sorry for his misleading Twitter posts.
