When I get info from the state, I share. It’s not in the form of an “alleged” phone call. I post written proof.

It’s readily available information (as they said in SFRX v The Amazing Blogger) and I am amused that shareholders NEVER get and/or discuss the required reports. That’s where the real information is. Not paid promos. That’s all BS.

They are REQUIRED to document everything that goes on/occurs on site, including their findings. If these reports were all that glowing I am sure Kyle would make sure shareholders had them and they were discussed at length.

But for some reason Kyle NEVER shares these reports with shareholders. I get it. They show they are no closer than the day they began.

What particularly interest me is what was discussed on the Sept 2019 conference call. Seafarer’s was repeatedly asked to comply with a request by the Bureau and the fact they drug their feet for as long as they did shows there is no real interest in finding a wreck or treasure.

They just want to pump Melbourne as the Promised Land.

Regardless, Kyle should have put out an 8K in my opinion. There has certainly been a material event.
