Completely false. The unsecured creditors can begin to sell their shares on the effective date, up to 33% of them in the first 30 days. In the period of day 31-60, another 33%, and then 61-90 the rest of them.

Here's the leak-out provision for all those shares:

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
