I would hate to lose Ripple to Japan but our lack of regulatory clarity is forcing this to happen. The US should have been ahead of this and worked WITH Ripple just as Ripple was trying to work with our government.

If we are talking about global remittances we are talking trillions of dollars and of dollars moving through US fintech. The clarity abound be there out of a sense of national security
