The roots of the illegal cannabis trade run deep. IMO, many of the pioneers in the beginning of the legal industry sprouted from those roots.

Bottom line is, it's all about the Benjamin's and the tax revenues generated will drive law enforcement into forcing illegal participants to either get right or get out
