Thanks for the question.

When are you speculating we get news? Just from your opinion

I anticipate getting something in the form of "news" from a CLX social media platform sometime next week. As I mentioned in a previous post, when CLX said "We will resume with announcements soon", I took that as "within the next week or two". I assessed this at one or two weeks based on the following:

1) They "target early Q4 to conclusion". We are in Q4 now.

2) I think they have A LOT to share (excited), so I don't expect them to drag out their "reconfiguring" of social media efforts/platforms very long.

3) The definition of soon. As I stated previously, there is no concrete measure of time for "soon", but the expectation is that they will be back to share news "in or after a short time".

Keep in mind, they HAD a tweet out 14 minutes prior to the tweet with "soon" in it. It was written in a way that didn't leave an expectation of time. "CLX Health looks forward to sharing future announcements". Why change it 14 min later to "We will resume with announcements soon" I wonder? And it's not like they said, "We hope to" resume with announcements soon.... It says, will.

It's already been one week, which leaves only next week (if you're asking my personal opinion). Should they be unable to meet my reasonable 1-2 week timeframe, then I'm of the opinion that they should have chosen a more appropriate word like "later" in place of "soon". I realize we're splitting hairs here, and whoever is driving the CLX social media train probably didn't give "soon" a second thought, but "later" to me buys them infinitely more time (from an expectation standpoint). Others may have a different option, but it's just how I personally see it.

If we were going to take this a step further, to the subject of this news, I'd have to say that your guess is as good as mine. I'd hope that whatever they did say would further reinforce their intact roadmap and its pending positive Q4 result (that result being the final execution of the details outlined in the letter of intent - signing of the definitive agreement).

I think we're close to finding out where we (PASO) stand, but I don't think we'll see that in the form of what some others are hoping for (a PASO shout out). I think we find out because CLX either issues a PR (as a professional courtesy) that they are moving in a different direction - OR - one morning PASO gaps up 60-80% pre-market (with me betting on the latter).
