Let me see if I’ve got your reasoning right:

Rim announces that TSMC is going to build Rim’s chip.

eSilicon announces that TSMC is going to build Rim's chip.

TSMC lists eSilicon as a partner of theirs.

Yet, you think TSMC doesn't care or know about the above announcements.

Here is a quote from the eSilcon PR ON THEIR WEBSITE.

eSilicon’s manufacturing partner, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), will fabricate the Rim Semi chip.

You also think eSilicon is willing to jeopardize their working relationship with TSMC by announcing bogus information about Rim?

This is absolutely astounding reasoning worthy of a supposedly extinct bird of which I am aware. In the future, please, use both sides of your brain before typing your thoughts. Otherwise, like the bird, those thoughts will never fly.
