I'm homeless and happy as hell about it, lolol, home sold today, all done and offically closed....banked the equity check and living in a motel for a month or two, HAPPILY & COMPLETELY DEBT FREEEEEEE!!!
Market was sizzling cause of people fleeing NYC because of increased violence and heading for the country, so took advantage of getting a premium.....
