1) dnag: you mentioned merger/acquisition. wouldn't a license agreement have a similar impact and benefit the pps?
also, how about private financing that isn't linked to issuing shares based on pps? like $5-10 million?
and i believe biofrontera isn't a shell at this stage. sure they have transitioned their composition over the years as they were trying to stay alive, but if you investigate further they appear legit to me. and dnag owns approx. 10% of the company which is a substantial amount of money.
2) FFHL: i'm holding some shares into wednesday to see where we go from here. am up money so far but as expected, it's volatile. would love momentum to run it to $20+. volume has been strong. maybe some hedgies will try to enter after the holiday season?? projected 2007 eps is $0.75.
