Do you think it will boil down to:

"If I (Johan Eliasch principal in TMPS management) don't pay myself (Johan Eliasch or Santiago Co.) the monies due in the Note (that I agreed with myself to make), then I (Johan Eliasch or Santiago) get to take over the TriStar Air LLC subsidiary and its tanker jets, leaving the TMPS shareholders, that I (Johan Eliasch principal in TMPS management) have a duty to protect, with no assets- since the assets are transferred to me (Johan Eliasch or Santiago Co.)."?

If so, will the SEC take an interest in this and/or will a law firm be able to design a strategy to make something happen?

I presume you are heading in that direction, and a Complaint would be following soon. True?
