and the rest of the BOD's. Have you read Greg Rotman's sworn Deposition in the Maas case? If not you should. Here is a snip of while under oath Greg Rotman admits Vystar is NOT listed as a defendant in the lawsuit but yet Vystar is using company money for his legal fees.
If you did not know about this then you all as a BOD are not doing your jobs particularly well... or at all.
If you did know about this then how did you justify a non employee using company money for personal use? Clearly you were not performing your fiduciary responsibilities properly.
If you did know and did not authorize then why have you let this person to continue working for the company as a "consultant"?
