Actually the way the filing reads is..
We are offering our common stock at an offering price range of $2.00 to $3.00 per share (the “Offering Price”) up to a maximum offering amount of $15,000,000 (the “Maximum Offering Amount”). There is a minimum investment of $500. During the Offering, we may, in our sole discretion, increase the per share price, subject to filing an offering circular supplement or post qualification amendment.
So they do state they can increase the price per share if they choose to...if they are doing a mass advertising campaign prior to approval and price pps is higher at that time why risk alienating new investors unless they make it a private offer to existing shareholders at 2.00 -3.00. Smarter move would to be raise the pps which means they actually would be selling less shares to meet their filing goal! That’s a win for everyone imo!
